The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When KARŞIYAKA's Alperen Gazir in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kocasinan's goalie prevented a goal. Gani Turgay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Onuralp Titiz in the 7th minute. Atakan Cengaver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alperen Gazir in the 9th minute of play. After 12 minutes, Ali Numan Özkent mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KARŞIYAKA and the Kocasinan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Ali Numan Özkent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gani Turgay came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Kocasinan's Onuralp Titiz. But to his dismay, Onuralp Titiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Kocasinan's Atakan Cengaver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alperen Gazir in the 21st minute of play. Gani Turgay was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Batı Tekay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Kocasinan's goal looked a bit too open when Enis Yüksel came free, but Atakan Cengaver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Onuralp Titiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Gani Turgay made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Kocasinan's Onuralp Titiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gani Turgay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Onuralp Titiz in the 33rd minute of play forced KARŞIYAKA's goalkeeper Gani Turgay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KARŞIYAKA's Gani Turgay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save KARŞIYAKA from getting a goal against them. Onuralp Titiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gani Turgay having to interfere. A collision led to Kocasinan getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Yakup Tosunoğlu hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Enis Yüksel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atakan Cengaver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Alperen Gazir made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Enis Yüksel could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Atakan Cengaver however easily saved by the left post. In the 56th minute, Enis Yüksel fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Atakan Cengaver, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of KARŞIYAKA booed when Kocasinan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Derman Tunçbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enis Yüksel struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Atakan Cengaver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KARŞIYAKA. Alperen Gazir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atakan Cengaver having to interfere. When KARŞIYAKA's Alperen Gazir in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 71st minute, one of Kocasinan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kocasinan. Onuralp Titiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gani Turgay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play KARŞIYAKA's Ali Numan Özkent was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Kocasinan booed when KARŞIYAKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Numan Özkent didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th match minute, KARŞIYAKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alperen Gazir to maneuver through the defense. Onuralp Titiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Derman Tunçbay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gani Turgay having to make a save. Onuralp Titiz struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gani Turgay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kocasinan. Onuralp Titiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kocasinan had won after a very even match.
