Engin Babür fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Oğuz Gündem having to interfere. Yalçın Seyidhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehmet Halis Saatçioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Oğuz Gündem having to interfere. Ufuk Saltukalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asım Özden came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Amasyaspor FK's Ufuk Saltukalp. But to his dismay, Ufuk Saltukalp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 26th minute, Ufuk Saltukalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asım Özden was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Halis Saatçioğlu in the 32nd minute of play forced Amasyaspor FK's goalkeeper Arif Oğuz Gündem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Amasyaspor FK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ediz Yaşer hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ufuk Saltukalp during the 47th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mehmet Halis Saatçioğlu was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Amasyaspor FK's Hacı Ahıska got a free kick in the 56th minute. Amasyaspor FK's Arif Oğuz Gündem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Halis Saatçioğlu in the 59th minute of play. Mehmet Halis Saatçioğlu took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arif Oğuz Gündem. Arif Oğuz Gündem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Amasyaspor FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
