Glasgow Gs's Ahmet Göktuğ İltan got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Göktuğ İltan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Reşat Sağlamer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute Ahmet Göktuğ İltan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Halil Secavend showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yağız Gemici, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 17 played minutes Glasgow Gs got a freekick which was hit by Hasan Ongen. Ahmet Göktuğ İltan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İlyas Tolga Fırat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Göktuğ İltan in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven saved Güroymak FK from getting behind. In the 35th minute İlyas Tolga Fırat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlyas Tolga Fırat in the 38th minute of play. When Glasgow Gs's Ahmet Göktuğ İltan in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Güroymak FK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 48th minute, Ahmet Göktuğ İltan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glasgow Gs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Göktuğ İltan to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Göktuğ İltan in the 54th minute of play forced Güroymak FK's goalkeeper Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Güroymak FK fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Güroymak FK's Yağız Gemici looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mehmet Hakkı Koçubey's late challenge caught a Güroymak FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Göktuğ İltan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven. That made the score 2-3 in the 86 minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Güroymak FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Göktuğ İltan came free, but Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Göktuğ İltan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven made an important save on a dangerous shot by İlyas Tolga Fırat in the 94th minute. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Göktuğ İltan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yavuz Bülent Yurtseven was relentless in the 97th minute of the game.
