The crowd rose to their feet as Azdavay JK's Orhan Veli Niğdeli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sait Tümerdem. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Mustafa Emrah Zeyni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Emir Ocakçı having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Azdavay JK's Orhan Veli Niğdeli got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ahmet Emir Ocakçı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Emrah Zeyni in the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Azdavay JK's Gökçen Yetiş got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Emrah Zeyni in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Emir Ocakçı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mustafa Emrah Zeyni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Emir Ocakçı having to interfere. Lefter Dağhan kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Azdavay JK's Can Benlioğlu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Andaç Haseki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Can Benlioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes in the game, Can Benlioğlu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sait Tümerdem having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adnan Hedef made a kick off. Sait Tümerdem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Can Burçak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hüseyin Can Burçak during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Azdavay JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüseyin Can Burçak to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Emir Ocakçı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adnan Hedef in the 59th minute of the match. Azdavay JK's Ahmet Emir Ocakçı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Azdavay JK from getting a goal against them. Tuna Murtaza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Emir Ocakçı was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adnan Hedef showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 71 minute of play. After 82 played minutes Azdavay JK got a freekick which was hit by Orhan Veli Niğdeli. Adnan Hedef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Emir Ocakçı having to interfere. Adnan Hedef struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Ahmet Emir Ocakçı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kursunlu. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kursunlu's goalkeeper Sait Tümerdem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adnan Hedef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ahmet Emir Ocakçı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kursunlu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
