Malafatspor's Ahmet Oğuz Önel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rıfat İley in the 12th minute of play. Reha Taran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malafatspor. After a defensive mix-up in MehmetHan's zone, Şinasi Ergönül stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reha Taran came out of the goal and Şinasi Ergönül tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şinasi Ergönül got free with Reha Taran in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Talat Ramazanoğulları struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Reha Taran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malafatspor. Talat Ramazanoğulları fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reha Taran having to interfere. Ahmet Oğuz Önel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şeref Açıker in the 55th minute of the match. Şeref Açıker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes of play, MehmetHan's Rıfat İley made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Oğuz Önel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ahmet Oğuz Önel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şeref Açıker's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Akgün Lütfi hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Rıfat İley received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Oğuz Önel came out and tried to block the shot, but Rıfat İley slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 70th minute. Şeref Açıker spun around in front of the goal 76 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Malafatspor's goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Rıfat İley managed to get in a good position for a shot. MehmetHan's supporters rose to their feet, but Rıfat İley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Oğuz Önel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 87 minutes, İlmi Kurman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MehmetHan and the Malafatspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. İlmi Kurman hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Şinasi Ergönül got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Talat Ramazanoğulları's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reha Taran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Şeref Açıker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Oğuz Önel having to interfere. When the match was over MehmetHan could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Malafatspor throughout the match.
