Erkin Kınıkaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Yakup Kadri Selahaddin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acun Akdamar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sacit Kubilay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Avni Demirbaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acun Akdamar having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Pars Yoruç successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Orhan Veli Polathan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Sacit Kubilay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Pars Yoruç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avni Demirbaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acun Akdamar having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LWMercurius FC's İzzettin Şükrü got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Yakup Kadri Selahaddin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. When Erkin Kınıkaslan fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LWMercurius FC's protests and gave Erkin Kınıkaslan a yellow card for diving instead. Sacit Kubilay's late challenge caught a Hozat FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sacit Kubilay helped the player get up and apologised. Sacit Kubilay kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yakup Kadri Selahaddin in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Acun Akdamar saved LWMercurius FC from getting behind. Avni Demirbaş struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Acun Akdamar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hozat FK. After a defensive mix-up in LWMercurius FC's zone, Avni Demirbaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Acun Akdamar came out of the goal and Avni Demirbaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Avni Demirbaş struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Acun Akdamar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hozat FK. Avni Demirbaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Acun Akdamar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sacit Kubilay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Pars Yoruç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sacit Kubilay came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the LWMercurius FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sacit Kubilay couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Mehmet Ali Okhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edip Balkan, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the referee ended the match the Hozat FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
