Garip Rahim had in the 83rdth minute some difficulties stopping Atalay Özluer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a little luck, Emirdag's Garip Rahim got control of the ball when İhsan Saygın tried to sneak it across the goal line. Canakci played a much better game than Emirdag and deserved their victory. The Emirdag players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
