Yaşar Ergök in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Uygur Battal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 4 minutes into the game, Sezen İlkser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BEŞİKTAŞ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jartiyer FC the free kick. The supporters of Jartiyer FC booed when BEŞİKTAŞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sezen İlkser didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Engin Satı in the 17th minute of play forced Jartiyer FC's goalkeeper İbrahim Efe Ceylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to BEŞİKTAŞ getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Sezen İlkser hit a great ball. Rıdvan Ulutaş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uygur Battal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jartiyer FC's goalkeeper İbrahim Efe Ceylan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Jartiyer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Engin Satı came free, but İbrahim Efe Ceylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İbrahim Efe Ceylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uğurcan Yücelen in the 25th minute of the match. If Rıdvan Ulutaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the game, Seyrani İlsev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. İbrahim Efe Ceylan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Doğa Erbatur kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Yaşar Ergök shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uygur Battal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Yaşar Ergök managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jartiyer FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yaşar Ergök was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uygur Battal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rıdvan Ulutaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Rıdvan Ulutaş made a precise shot to the right of Uygur Battal. BEŞİKTAŞ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Onur Özakın kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Rıdvan Ulutaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 minutes, Gürel Özpolat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jartiyer FC and the BEŞİKTAŞ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uygur Battal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaşar Ergök, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Uğurcan Yücelen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. İbrahim Efe Ceylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İbrahim Efe Ceylan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Engin Satı in the 98th minute. BEŞİKTAŞ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
