Baykam Orkun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efe Habiboğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Remzi Şimşektürk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ördek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave İstanbul Juniors FC the free kick. After 13 played minutes Ördek got a freekick which was hit by Remzi Şimşektürk. Orhun Yağızkurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baykam Orkun having to interfere. Efe Habiboğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baykam Orkun having to interfere. Ördek's Ejder Daim got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st match minute, İstanbul Juniors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Coşkun Tuygun to maneuver through the defense. Ejder Daim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Halit Atacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Hüseyin Rahmi Onatkan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but İstanbul Juniors FC's Halit Atacan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Efe Habiboğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ördek booed when İstanbul Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüknettin Kutel didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efe Habiboğlu in the 41st minute of play forced Ördek's goalkeeper Baykam Orkun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Efe Habiboğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halit Atacan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ejder Daim in the 48th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Efe Habiboğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Ejder Daim notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of İstanbul Juniors FC's Halit Atacan. Halit Atacan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Halit Atacan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Orhun Yağızkurt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Baykam Orkun skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Halit Atacan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özkan Bülbül, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Ejder Daim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ejder Daim in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Halit Atacan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Özkan Bülbül had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Özkan Bülbül got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Orhun Yağızkurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the İstanbul Juniors FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ördek.
