Bayındır Yıldıray dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bayındır Yıldıray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babür Torel, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 31st match minute, ElitSpor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yağızalp Arabacı to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 35 minutes, Babür Torel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hekimhan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Babür Torel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th match minute, ElitSpor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kadim Orbey to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, ElitSpor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cihangir Has came free, but Bayındır Yıldıray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kandemir Suay fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ElitSpor FC's protests and gave Kandemir Suay a yellow card for diving instead. Kandemir Suay kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cihangir Has made the kick off in the second half. Yıldırım Buminhan kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Babür Torel got free with Bayındır Yıldıray in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Cihangir Has got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 58th minute of the match Yağızalp Arabacı completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Yağızalp Arabacı a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, ElitSpor FC's Yağızalp Arabacı got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cihangir Has recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Üzeyir Alpaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hekimhan's zone, Ahmet Sedat Engiay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ünsal Kocakalp came out of the goal and Ahmet Sedat Engiay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Üzeyir Alpaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Sedat Engiay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ünsal Kocakalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Sedat Engiay in the 76th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Hekimhan got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Seyfi Hacı. Bayındır Yıldıray made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Babür Torel sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 92 minutes, Cihangir Has managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hekimhan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cihangir Has was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hekimhan had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
