Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Güral Secavend started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Güral Secavend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abdulbaki Baroğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Şentürk Veysi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenerbahçe SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Şentürk Veysi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tansu Akçınar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 18 minutes, Aktaç Toktahan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fenerbahçe SK and the Ondokuzmayis players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe SK's Aktaç Toktahan got a free kick in the 18th minute. Selami Teren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tansu Akçınar having to interfere. Tansu Akçınar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yıldırım Bulut in the 23rd minute of play. Bektaş Ali Yönet kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Fenerbahçe SK were awarded a corner. Şentürk Veysi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ondokuzmayis's goalie and right to Şansal Tükelay. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ondokuzmayis's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 30 minutes of play, Fenerbahçe SK's Güral Secavend made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tansu Akçınar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fenerbahçe SK's Güral Secavend got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Güral Secavend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Güral Secavend received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Tansu Akçınar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selami Teren struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Tansu Akçınar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenerbahçe SK. 42 minutes into the match, Selami Teren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tansu Akçınar. Ondokuzmayis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Selami Teren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Tansu Akçınar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güral Secavend in the 47th minute of the match. In the 48thth minute of the game Güral Secavend who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ondokuzmayis's Tansu Akçınar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Onurhan Bilgin to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Güral Secavend recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tansu Akçınar. Güral Secavend showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. When Fenerbahçe SK's Güral Secavend in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ondokuzmayis's goalie prevented a goal. Selami Teren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Tansu Akçınar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Selman Yaşer during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ondokuzmayis fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! Şentürk Veysi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 86 minutes into the match, Selami Teren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tansu Akçınar. Ondokuzmayis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Selami Teren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Güral Secavend recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Fenerbahçe SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fenerbahçe SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
