Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rıfat Tezalp made the kick off which started today's match. Songurhan Kutlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Bektaş Veli Koray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Beşiktaş getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Ahmet Arif Mirkelam hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cabbar Tublek in the 5th minute of play forced Beşiktaş's goalkeeper Bektaş Veli Koray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Ferit Mutlusoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mustafa Yaşar Usluer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute Songurhan Kutlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bektaş Veli Koray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Songurhan Kutlan came free, but Bektaş Veli Koray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Bayhan Tezcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Üzümlü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beşiktaş the free kick. After a rather tough play, Üzümlü's Bayhan Tezcan got a free kick in the 14th minute. Abdi Saygın Özinan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Latif Hüsrev hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute of the match Özbek Çakıroğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mustafa Yaşar Usluer skillfully saved the ball. Cabbar Tublek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Bektaş Veli Koray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cabbar Tublek might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bektaş Veli Koray. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cabbar Tublek ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Songurhan Kutlan to make the kick off. Cabbar Tublek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Bektaş Veli Koray made a huge save. Mustafa Yaşar Usluer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rıfat Tezalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Rıfat Tezalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute of the match, Songurhan Kutlan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bektaş Veli Koray saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 70th minute, Rıfat Tezalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mustafa Yaşar Usluer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Rıfat Tezalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Yaşar Usluer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Cabbar Tublek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bektaş Veli Koray having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Songurhan Kutlan came free, but Bektaş Veli Koray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Songurhan Kutlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Rıfat Tezalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beşiktaş's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rıfat Tezalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
