Soner Tunçkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibet İltemir in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, one of Kocaali:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kocaali. After having played for 57 minutes, Şemsettin Taşan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kocaali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şemsettin Taşan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 played minutes Kocaali got a freekick which was hit by Ertaç Cevar. Onur Mustafali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soner Tunçkan having to interfere. Soner Tunçkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arslan Özerman in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Kocaali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tayyar Timurkan to maneuver through the defense. Uygur Veysel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şemsettin Taşan, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute.
