Artvin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dudullu SK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Artvin's Selman Tuygun got a free kick in the 7th minute. Sabit Yöntem helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Artvin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabit Yöntem to maneuver through the defense. Ayhan Yağan was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Ensar Tandan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ensar Tandan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 23rd minute, Baycan Tuncay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mustafa Arif Tansu's late challenge caught a Dudullu SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Arif Tansu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dudullu SK booed when Artvin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Arif Tansu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sabit Yöntem was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. Artvin's Şimşek Mecit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reis Balcıoğlu in the 32nd minute of play. Dudullu SK's Ayhan Yağan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Dudullu SK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Artvin booed when Dudullu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Derya Refik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baycan Tuncay struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ayhan Yağan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Artvin. Selman Tuygun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayhan Yağan having to interfere. With his leg Ayhan Yağan managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Artvin's Baycan Tuncay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baycan Tuncay made a kick off. Ensar Tandan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ayhan Yağan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baycan Tuncay struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Ayhan Yağan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Artvin. When Derya Refik fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dudullu SK's protests and gave Derya Refik a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Dudullu SK's Derya Refik got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Baycan Tuncay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dudullu SK's Ayhan Yağan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baycan Tuncay in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ayhan Yağan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Şimşek Mecit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuncay Orcaner in the 79th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tuncay Orcaner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şimşek Mecit was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Dudullu SK's zone, Baycan Tuncay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ayhan Yağan came out of the goal and Baycan Tuncay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bahri Sarik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayhan Yağan having to interfere. Derya Refik was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Dudullu SK's Derya Refik got a free kick in the 94th minute. After 95 played minutes, Artvin's Mustafa Yaşar Bayer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ayhan Yağan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Artvin reached it. Ensar Tandan charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ensar Tandan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Artvin players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
