A collision led to Burgazada getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Mustafa İzzet Oksay hit a great ball. Köksal Uğuray, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The supporters of Burgazada booed when Kula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Nasir Kırca didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Şansal Pertev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şansal Pertev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Sedat Yoruç having to make a save. Mustafa İzzet Oksay kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Mustafa Orhan Yalçıner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bican Özkul fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Burgazada's protests and gave Bican Özkul a yellow card for diving instead. Köksal Uğuray walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Mustafa Orhan Yalçıner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Orhan Yalçıner in the 35th minute of play forced Burgazada's goalkeeper Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Kula's Lemi Uçbeyi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu. Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdulkerim Taciroğlu got free with Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Şansal Pertev made the kick off in the second half. Şansal Pertev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Sedat Yoruç having to interfere. With a little luck, Kula's Ahmet Sedat Yoruç got control of the ball when Asım Ökten tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 played minutes Kula got a freekick which was hit by Lemi Uçbeyi. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asım Ökten got free with Ahmet Sedat Yoruç in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute of the match Köksal Uğuray sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu skillfully saved the ball. Mustafa Orhan Yalçıner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kula's Ahmet Sedat Yoruç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şansal Pertev in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rdth minute of the game Şansal Pertev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kula's Ahmet Sedat Yoruç was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78thth minute of the game Abdulkerim Taciroğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Burgazada's Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mustafa Orhan Yalçıner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdulkerim Taciroğlu went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Burgazada's goalkeeper Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Burgazada's Arda Baybars İrfanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdulkerim Taciroğlu in the 97th minute of play.
