Necati Erkılınç took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Asrın Budaklı. Asrın Budaklı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Kanlica FK's Muzaffer Benlioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yüce Öztanır in the 11th minute of play. Yüce Öztanır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muzaffer Benlioğlu having to interfere. Asrın Budaklı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çetin Niyaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Necati Erkılınç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Asrın Budaklı. Göztepe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Necati Erkılınç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Necati Erkılınç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Asrın Budaklı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Necati Erkılınç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kanlica FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Necati Erkılınç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çetin Niyaz in the 30th minute of play forced Göztepe's goalkeeper Asrın Budaklı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes Kanlica FK got a freekick which was hit by İsmail Hakkı Polatalp. Asrın Budaklı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çetin Niyaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göztepe's Asrın Budaklı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çetin Niyaz in the 42nd minute of play. When Çetin Niyaz came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Kanlica FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çetin Niyaz couldn't finish the play. Oktay Kadrican hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Çetin Niyaz came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Kanlica FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çetin Niyaz couldn't finish the play. Kanlica FK's Çetin Niyaz got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Necati Erkılınç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kanlica FK's Muzaffer Benlioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yüce Öztanır in the 99th minute of play. Kanlica FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
