Çağdaş Tuğtekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alptuğ Neşit, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute TitanSpor were awarded a corner. Alptuğ Neşit went to the cornerflag to take it. Tuncay Denizer made a great header on TitanSpor's corner, it was just that ArtukSpor's Çağdaş Tuğtekin managed to reach the ball for a save. Paşa Türel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağdaş Tuğtekin having to interfere. Çağdaş Tuğtekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alptuğ Neşit's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Alptuğ Neşit put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Çağdaş Tuğtekin. ArtukSpor's Çağdaş Tuğtekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alptuğ Neşit in the 25th minute of play. If Paşa Türel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 28 minutes, Alptuğ Neşit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TitanSpor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alptuğ Neşit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute, Talat Betik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd match minute, ArtukSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andaç Şafak to maneuver through the defense. Doğuş Tokuz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Çağdaş Tuğtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 played minutes ArtukSpor got a freekick which was hit by Hüsmen Özkurt. After some careless play in the ArtukSpor defense, Alptuğ Neşit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Çağdaş Tuğtekin. The ArtukSpor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Çağdaş Tuğtekin should have stopped the shot. TitanSpor's Talat Betik got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Latif Can during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes ArtukSpor got a freekick which was hit by Latif Can. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alptuğ Neşit in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Çağdaş Tuğtekin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. TitanSpor were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after ArtukSpor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alptuğ Neşit took the corner. Sergen Tur made a great header on TitanSpor's corner, it was just that ArtukSpor's Çağdaş Tuğtekin managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alptuğ Neşit was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Baykan Erandaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erman Özsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ArtukSpor's Mehmet Oğuz Nurbaki got a free kick in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsmen Özkurt in the 62nd minute of play forced TitanSpor's goalkeeper Erman Özsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erman Özsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andaç Şafak in the 63rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Alptuğ Neşit put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Çağdaş Tuğtekin. TitanSpor's Erman Özsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baykan Erandaç in the 68th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Vilgot Holmstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TitanSpor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ArtukSpor the free kick. With his leg Çağdaş Tuğtekin managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when TitanSpor's Alptuğ Neşit fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. TitanSpor's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
