Türkeş Kayacan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lütfi Şengil in the 5th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Dinçer Uçkun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Türkeş Kayacan. Sariyer FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dinçer Uçkun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erkut Omural in the 14th minute of play forced Sariyer FK's goalkeeper Türkeş Kayacan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Heybeliada's Lütfi Şengil got a free kick in the 16th minute. Türkeş Kayacan came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Heybeliada's Erkut Omural. But to his dismay, Erkut Omural quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Burç Türker in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Necip Fazıl Mengü prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sariyer FK's Güral Özgunay got a free kick in the 30th minute. Türkeş Kayacan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinçer Uçkun in the 31st minute of play. Türkeş Kayacan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erkut Omural, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Heybeliada's Arif Çelebi Boz got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Burç Türker scored 2-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Necip Fazıl Mengü, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Necip Fazıl Mengü managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Sariyer FK's Burç Türker fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lütfi Şengil in the 44th minute of play forced Sariyer FK's goalkeeper Türkeş Kayacan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Necip Fazıl Mengü took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burç Türker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, Burç Türker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Necip Fazıl Mengü. Heybeliada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Burç Türker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Burç Türker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Saffet Yavuzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 minutes of play, Sariyer FK's Burç Türker made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Necip Fazıl Mengü was left in no man's land by his defense there! Türkeş Kayacan made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Lütfi Şengil sent off a good shot on target. Burç Türker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necip Fazıl Mengü having to interfere. Necip Fazıl Mengü showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burç Türker in the 66th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Heybeliada's goal looked a bit too open when Burç Türker came free, but Necip Fazıl Mengü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necip Fazıl Mengü made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burç Türker in the 72nd minute of play. Dinçer Uçkun succeeded in the game's 75th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-3. Sariyer FK's Türkeş Kayacan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Sariyer FK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Heybeliada booed when Sariyer FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güral Özgunay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes Heybeliada got a freekick which was hit by Lütfi Şengil. 86 minutes into the game, Sariyer FK's Atak Aras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Necip Fazıl Mengü made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. Sariyer FK's Türkeş Kayacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkut Omural in the 91st minute of play. Heybeliada's attentive Nazil Kemalettin managed to snatch the ball when Baykam Dinçay made a throw-in in the 95th minute of the game. Sariyer FK's Kutlu Oğuralp got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
