Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Saray's Laurentiu Florea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gazanfer Özcan Ülgener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakkı Deniz Maksum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Emre Derem during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gazanfer Özcan Ülgener was a little too slow when Hasan Can Cangur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 18 played minutes Laurentiu Florea rounded Besiktask's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The supporters of Besiktask booed when Saray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emrah Abdulhakimoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurentiu Florea took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gazanfer Özcan Ülgener. Gazanfer Özcan Ülgener dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Hasan Can Cangur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aysan Bayer in the 36th minute of play forced Saray's goalkeeper Türkeş Ersavaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Besiktask's Gazanfer Özcan Ülgener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurentiu Florea in the 44th minute of play. Laurentiu Florea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aysan Bayer made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Korhan Arslanoğlu got free with Türkeş Ersavaş in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Korhan Arslanoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Türkeş Ersavaş made a huge save. After 64 played minutes Saray got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Deniz Maksum. If Korhan Arslanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Saray getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Hakkı Deniz Maksum hit a great ball. In the 73rdth minute of the game Laurentiu Florea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Besiktask's Gazanfer Özcan Ülgener was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Türkeş Ersavaş was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tibet Akçasu. If Laurentiu Florea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Besiktask booed when Saray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mesut Verim didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Besiktask's goal looked a bit too open when Laurentiu Florea came free, but Gazanfer Özcan Ülgener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Mesut Verim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Besiktask the free kick. In the 94th minute, Mesut Verim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Besiktask's Korhan Arslanoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Türkeş Ersavaş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Saray's goalkeeper Türkeş Ersavaş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Emre Derem.
