Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Naim Yertan made the kick off which started today's match. Olgun Erencan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abayhan Devlettin in the 6th minute of play. Rafet Demirkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Pars İlmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Devlet Ruknettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olgun Erencan having to interfere. Pars İlmen was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Naim Yertan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Naim Yertan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When Yüksel Zağanos came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Babadag fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yüksel Zağanos couldn't finish the play. Olgun Erencan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devlet Ruknettin in the 27th minute of play. Naim Yertan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Devlet Ruknettin in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olgun Erencan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olgun Erencan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abayhan Devlettin in the 38th minute of play. Abayhan Devlettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Naim Yertan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abayhan Devlettin was the one to do the kick off. Rafet Demirkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Naim Yertan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pars İlmen. Genç Spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Naim Yertan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 62nd minute, Rafet Demirkan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pars İlmen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Çetin Tandoğdu fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Genç Spor's protests and gave Çetin Tandoğdu a yellow card for diving instead. Çetin Tandoğdu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, İrfan Ulaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Babadag getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bilge Şükür hit a great ball. Olgun Erencan was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Abayhan Devlettin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abayhan Devlettin really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Pars İlmen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naim Yertan in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Genç Spor's zone, Naim Yertan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pars İlmen came out of the goal and Naim Yertan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Devlet Ruknettin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olgun Erencan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
