Niğde Anadolu FK's Erenay Ruçhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aycan Tulunay in the 26th minute of play. Ersin İksir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Arí Bittencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cumhur Mutlualp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Erenay Ruçhan made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luizinho Guerra to make the kick off. When Kutluay Tekay fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Niğde Anadolu FK's protests and gave Kutluay Tekay a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Niğde Anadolu FK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. When Kutluay Tekay was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. 71 minutes into the game, Ardahan Uraltan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Niğde Anadolu FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave POLATLISPOR the free kick. In the 71st minute, one of Niğde Anadolu FK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Niğde Anadolu FK. The referee gave POLATLISPOR a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cumhur Mutlualp, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Niğde Anadolu FK's Erenay Ruçhan. 3-0. Niğde Anadolu FK's Erenay Ruçhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Guerra in the 88th minute of play. Erenay Ruçhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luizinho Guerra's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. POLATLISPOR's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
