Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tuğrul Muhteşem made the kick off and thus started the match. A hard shot 4 in the game by Cüneyd Kaman from a close distance when the talented Ahmet Yahya Tokuz managed to make a qualified save. Ericekspor's players were relieved. In the 9th minute, Babaeski JK's Cevdet Zabit ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ahmet Yahya Tokuz. Ahmet Yahya Tokuz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Çelebi Erçin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuğrul Muhteşem in the 14th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Babaeski JK's Hıdır Zülfikar got a free kick in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Babaeski JK's goal looked a bit too open when Tuğrul Muhteşem came free, but Çelebi Erçin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gencay Özkutal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Çelebi Erçin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ergün Kongurtay kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Samir Tuna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Çelebi Erçin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuğrul Muhteşem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Tuğrul Muhteşem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ericekspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tuğrul Muhteşem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cüneyd Kaman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ahmet Yahya Tokuz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Ericekspor's goal looked a bit too open when Cevdet Zabit came free, but Ahmet Yahya Tokuz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cevdet Zabit to make the kick off. Duman Bedih took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ahmet Yahya Tokuz. Ericekspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 60th minute Tuğrul Muhteşem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çelebi Erçin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Cevdet Zabit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Babaeski JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Cevdet Zabit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Yahya Tokuz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Çelebi Erçin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuğrul Muhteşem in the 71st minute of play. If Cüneyd Kaman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Yahya Tokuz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cevdet Zabit, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Cüneyd Kaman struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Ahmet Yahya Tokuz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Babaeski JK. 78 minutes into the match, Babaeski JK's Cevdet Zabit sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Yahya Tokuz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Cevdet Zabit made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Yahya Tokuz. Ericekspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 87 minutes into the game, Şafak Türek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Babaeski JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ericekspor the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Babaeski JK's zone, Tuğrul Muhteşem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Çelebi Erçin came out of the goal and Tuğrul Muhteşem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Gencay Özkutal came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ericekspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gencay Özkutal couldn't finish the play. Ericekspor's Ahmet Yahya Tokuz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cevdet Zabit in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Babaeski JK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ericekspor had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
