Sariyahsi's Yakup Kadri Akbatu got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Namık Hasret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakan Tolgahan in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Cicekdagi's goal looked a bit too open when Yakup Kadri Akbatu came free, but İskender Mukaddes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sariyahsi's attack was well implemented in the 41st minute, but when Yakup Kadri Akbatu was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Abdurrahman Parshan struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Namık Hasret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cicekdagi. In the 46th match minute, Sariyahsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şahap Doğanay to maneuver through the defense. In the 47thth minute of the game Hakan Tolgahan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sariyahsi's Namık Hasret was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yakup Kadri Akbatu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Baybora Haneci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sedat Kargin charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sedat Kargin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ali Kürşat Mengüç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Namık Hasret made a huge save. If Ali Kürşat Mengüç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yakup Kadri Akbatu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. İskender Mukaddes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 played minutes, Sariyahsi's Ahmet Hakan Torhan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper İskender Mukaddes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sariyahsi reached it. Yakup Kadri Akbatu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İskender Mukaddes having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sariyahsi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cicekdagi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
