Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hüseyin Cahit Eyüp made the kick off and thus started the match. Arif Çelebi Totuk came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by galatasarays's Aktan Kabadayı. But to his dismay, Aktan Kabadayı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Burhan Dikmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the galatasarays defense, Cumali Murathan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ersan Berat. The galatasarays fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ersan Berat should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Selcuklu getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Burhan Dikmen hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yiğitcan Tolgan during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Selcuklu booed when galatasarays was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yiğitcan Tolgan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tamer Ergüden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ersan Berat having to interfere. After 24th play minutes Cumali Murathan shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Ersan Berat and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 27th minute, Burhan Dikmen made a precise shot to the right of Ersan Berat. galatasarays's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 30th minute, Alptuğ Ispartalı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 30 minutes, Alptuğ Ispartalı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Selcuklu and the galatasarays players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Selcuklu's Alptuğ Ispartalı got a free kick in the 30th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dursun Bircan during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dursun Bircan hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Cumali Murathan struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ersan Berat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selcuklu. A collision led to Selcuklu getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Tamer Ergüden hit a great ball. After the first half Selcuklu were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alptuğ Ispartalı to make the kick off. Cumali Murathan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ersan Berat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Alptuğ Ispartalı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Selcuklu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alptuğ Ispartalı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Selcuklu's Burhan Dikmen got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cumali Murathan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Ersan Berat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Burhan Dikmen hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes Selcuklu got a freekick which was hit by Burhan Dikmen. After a defensive mix-up in galatasarays's zone, Cumali Murathan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ersan Berat came out of the goal and Cumali Murathan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Burhan Dikmen came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Selcuklu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burhan Dikmen couldn't finish the play. Ersan Berat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alptuğ Ispartalı in the 76th minute of play. Alptuğ Ispartalı blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ersan Berat having to make a save. With a little luck, galatasarays's Ersan Berat got control of the ball when Cumali Murathan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Burhan Dikmen scored 1-5 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ersan Berat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. galatasarays's Ersan Berat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alptuğ Ispartalı in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Selcuklu's goal looked a bit too open when Aktan Kabadayı came free, but Arif Çelebi Totuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97thth minute of the game Cumali Murathan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but galatasarays's Ersan Berat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Selcuklu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
