Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alptuğ Ispartalı got the match started through his kick off. Alptuğ Ispartalı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the game, Dursun Bircan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Selcuklu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave İzmir Cyclone the free kick. The supporters of Selcuklu booed when İzmir Cyclone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şenel Altuner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Resul Bilgiç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alptuğ Ispartalı in the 15th minute of play. Cumali Murathan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Resul Bilgiç made a huge save. Demiralp İklim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Resul Bilgiç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alptuğ Ispartalı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 played minutes Burhan Dikmen rounded İzmir Cyclone's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Arif Çelebi Totuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Engin Eren, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Cumali Murathan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alptuğ Ispartalı in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Resul Bilgiç saved İzmir Cyclone from getting behind. When Engin Eren came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the İzmir Cyclone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Engin Eren couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Şenel Altuner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Çelebi Totuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Burhan Dikmen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Resul Bilgiç was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. A collision led to Selcuklu getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dursun Bircan hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Alptuğ Ispartalı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Selcuklu's supporters rose to their feet, but Alptuğ Ispartalı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Resul Bilgiç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute of the match, Alptuğ Ispartalı tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Resul Bilgiç saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cumali Murathan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Resul Bilgiç. That made the score 3-0 in the 47 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, İzmir Cyclone's goal looked a bit too open when Cumali Murathan came free, but Resul Bilgiç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cumali Murathan in the 55th minute of play forced İzmir Cyclone's goalkeeper Resul Bilgiç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alptuğ Ispartalı in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Resul Bilgiç saved İzmir Cyclone from getting behind. 61 minutes into the game, Alptuğ Ispartalı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Resul Bilgiç was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Cumali Murathan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Demiralp İklim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alptuğ Ispartalı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Resul Bilgiç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arif Çelebi Totuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Engin Eren in the 77th minute of the match. Resul Bilgiç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cumali Murathan in the 89th minute of the match. İzmir Cyclone's Resul Bilgiç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demiralp İklim in the 96th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cumali Murathan in the 98th minute of play forced İzmir Cyclone's goalkeeper Resul Bilgiç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
