Ceyhan Avcu hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Ferhat Kadrican fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güray Yurdaer having to interfere. If Ferhat Kadrican had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Utkan Saim struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Güray Yurdaer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baykuş. A collision led to Baykuş getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Yavuz Selim Ünsever hit a great ball. Utkan Saim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Baykuş's Utkan Saim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Güray Yurdaer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Utkan Saim made a precise shot to the right of Güray Yurdaer. G A Z i A N T E P SPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, G A Z i A N T E P SPOR's Sancarbey Taib got a free kick in the 28th minute. Sancarbey Taib kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, Baykuş's Serdar Hüsrev got control of the ball when Ali Ömer Binışık tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ali Ömer Binışık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferhat Kadrican took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Güray Yurdaer. Bilal Ünver's late challenge caught a G A Z i A N T E P SPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bilal Ünver helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of G A Z i A N T E P SPOR booed when Baykuş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilal Ünver didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Baykuş's Serdar Hüsrev got control of the ball when Ali Ömer Binışık tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Utkan Saim was the one to do the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Baykuş's goal looked a bit too open when Baran Alatay came free, but Serdar Hüsrev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Utkan Saim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güray Yurdaer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Baran Alatay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in G A Z i A N T E P SPOR's zone, Ferhat Kadrican stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Güray Yurdaer came out of the goal and Ferhat Kadrican tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Utkan Saim in the 92nd minute of play forced G A Z i A N T E P SPOR's goalkeeper Güray Yurdaer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Utkan Saim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Baykuş left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than G A Z i A N T E P SPOR.
