Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Haluk Sebih got the match started through his kick off. Gökçe Türker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızhan Onural having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Osmangazi's Haluk Sebih sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yağızhan Onural narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Osmangazi's goal looked a bit too open when Sefa Selçuk came free, but Çelikan Uğursan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gökçe Türker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Osmangazi's Haluk Sebih, in the 17th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Osmangazi. In the 19th minute, one of Sartep FK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sartep FK. A collision led to Osmangazi getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ahmet Reha Gençoğlu hit a great ball. Sefa Selçuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32 played minutes Osmangazi got a freekick which was hit by Aras Görkem Zabit. Derya Elmastaş let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 34th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. Sezer Tüney kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Gökçe Türker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 47 minutes into the match, Osmangazi's Gökçe Türker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yağızhan Onural narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sefa Selçuk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gökçe Türkers short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Yağızhan Onural to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Osmangazi booed when Sartep FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aybars Sarbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gökçe Türker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yağızhan Onural having to make a save. The supporters of Osmangazi booed when Sartep FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aybars Sarbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oğuz Ergalip lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sartep FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! When Aybars Sarbay fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sartep FK's protests and gave Aybars Sarbay a yellow card for diving instead. The Osmangazi supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Osmangazi would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
