With a little luck, Karasu SK's Yücel Vahat got control of the ball when Bedri İlteber tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Bedri İlteber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes Karasu SK got a freekick which was hit by Gökhun Karar. In the 20th minute of the match Anafartalar JK got a corner. Karasu SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yavuz Selimhan Sunay ran over to the corner to take the kick. Yavuz Selimhan Sunay made a great header on Anafartalar JK's corner, it was just that Karasu SK's Yücel Vahat managed to reach the ball for a save. Bedri İlteber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Karasu SK's Bayezit Yenay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atilla Özpolat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bedri İlteber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Yücel Vahat made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Karasu SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Anafartalar JK a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yavuz Selimhan Sunay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Karasu SK's Yücel Vahat. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Alpertunga Uz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yücel Vahat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bedri İlteber's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Aytunç Özger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Yücel Vahat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bedri İlteber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yücel Vahat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bedri İlteber in the 61st minute of play. After 62 minutes, Yahya Kemal Dirsehan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anafartalar JK and the Karasu SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Anafartalar JK got a freekick which was hit by Yahya Kemal Dirsehan. Karasu SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gökhun Karar in the 64th minute. The corner ended in Gökhun Karar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Anafartalar JK's Atilla Özpolat did a great save. After 75 minutes of play, Anafartalar JK's Bedri İlteber made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yücel Vahat was left in no man's land by his defense there! 78 minutes into the game, Orhan Seyfi Denizer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anafartalar JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karasu SK the free kick. Gökhun Karar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Atilla Özpolat. Anafartalar JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aytunç Özger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Yücel Vahat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bedri İlteber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Anafartalar JK booed when Karasu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şaban Lokman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anafartalar JK's Atilla Özpolat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Anafartalar JK from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karasu SK's goalkeeper Yücel Vahat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Karasu SK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Anafartalar JK.
