Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ragıp Cengaver got the match started through his kick off. Mazgirt's Berkem Raid got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eray Göktürk in the 6th minute of play forced Hocalar's goalkeeper Emirşah Tolunay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Eray Göktürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emirşah Tolunay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hocalar getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Samet Kayaalp hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Ahmet Ali Mert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emirşah Tolunay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berkem Raid, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Onuralp Uran came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Mazgirt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Onuralp Uran couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Berkem Raid to make the kick off. The Hocalar fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Hocalar's Ragıp Cengaver looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Birol İstemihan's late challenge caught a Hocalar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hocalar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
