Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Göktan Uraz made the kick off and thus started the match. Semavi Erkılıç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beyhan Ülkümen in the 5th minute of the match. Ali Cengiz Verim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Semavi Erkılıç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Ali Cengiz Verim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gölova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Gölova's Ali Cengiz Özdel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göktan Uraz in the 13th minute of play. Raşit Nasreddin's late challenge caught a Tokatspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raşit Nasreddin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gölova getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Raşit Nasreddin hit a great ball. Göktan Uraz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Cengiz Özdel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Azmi Yadigar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ali Cengiz Özdel skillfully saved the ball. Tokatspor's Gürel Dindar got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gürel Dindar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göktan Uraz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ali Cengiz Özdel having to make a save. After 32 played minutes Tokatspor got a freekick which was hit by Gencay Rafettin. Aktuğ Erengüç kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, Gürel Dindar notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Gölova's Ali Cengiz Özdel. Ali Cengiz Özdel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ali Cengiz Özdel made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Gürel Dindar sent off a good shot on target. Gürel Dindar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Cengiz Özdel having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tokatspor's goalkeeper Semavi Erkılıç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gölova's Raşit Nasreddin got a free kick in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zühtü Yordam during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Zühtü Yordam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Cengiz Özdel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gürel Dindar in the 88th minute. Ali Cengiz Verim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Semavi Erkılıç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beyhan Ülkümen in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Semavi Erkılıç saved Tokatspor from getting behind. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
