He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sabanözü reached it. Sabanözü's Göksel Ersezer got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mithat Lema made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göksel Ersezer in the 32nd minute of play. Ramiz Humbaracıbaşı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Sabanözü's goal looked a bit too open when Adil Haktanır came free, but Bayhan Özaltın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necati Kökten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adil Haktanır in the 40th minute of play forced Sabanözü's goalkeeper Bayhan Özaltın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Necati Kökten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adil Haktanır recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adil Haktanır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Bayhan Özaltın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adil Haktanır to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göksel Ersezer got free with Mithat Lema in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mithat Lema showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necati Kökten, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Necati Kökten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mithat Lema having to interfere. Mithat Lema made an important save on a dangerous shot by Göksel Ersezer in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Necati Kökten in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mithat Lema saved Hamur JK from getting behind. Necati Kökten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mithat Lema having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Göksel Ersezer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Necati Kökten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mithat Lema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ramiz Humbaracıbaşı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the match, Sabanözü's goal looked a bit too open when Adil Haktanır came free, but Bayhan Özaltın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menderes Şerafeddin charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Menderes Şerafeddin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Sabanözü a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Erkut Orbey, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hamur JK's Mithat Lema. 2-2. After having played for 94 minutes, Reis Kaplan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sabanözü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reis Kaplan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Göksel Ersezer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
