Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aydin SK's Erkut Bengialp started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Ahmet Boran Vacit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the game, Göktan Ozansu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Yiğit Can Özdoğru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute, one of Selamicesme JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Selamicesme JK. The referee gave Aydin SK a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Şevket Egeli, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Selamicesme JK's Yiğit Can Özdoğru. 0-2. In the 16th minute, Selamicesme JK's Ertuğrul Erel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Göktan Ozansu might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yiğit Can Özdoğru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Göktan Ozansu ran back to his position shaking his head. Selamicesme JK's Yiğit Can Özdoğru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkut Bengialp in the 21st minute of play. Ertuğrul Erel had several of the Aydin SK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Şenol Tanyolaç as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Aydin SK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Göktan Ozansu hit a great ball. Ertuğrul Erel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Şenol Tanyolaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Şenol Tanyolaç managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Selamicesme JK's Eray Saraç fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Ertuğrul Erel made the kick off in the second half. The Selamicesme JK fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Selamicesme JK's Ertuğrul Erel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Selamicesme JK! The referee gave Aydin SK a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Şevket Egeli, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Selamicesme JK's Yiğit Can Özdoğru. 3-3. Yiğit Can Özdoğru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erkut Bengialp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yiğit Can Özdoğru was a little too slow when Erkut Bengialp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 3-4. After 72 minutes, Hulki Orgun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aydin SK and the Selamicesme JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Selamicesme JK booed when Aydin SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hulki Orgun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Erkut Bengialp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Can Özdoğru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adnan Şimşek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Ahmet Boran Vacit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erkut Bengialp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Yiğit Can Özdoğru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 minutes of play, Selamicesme JK's Ertuğrul Erel made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Şenol Tanyolaç was left in no man's land by his defense there! The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
