If Ahmet Turan Bozkaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Ferit Tufan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Turan Bozkaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahirkapi's Mehmet Ferit Tufan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Ahirkapi from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Ferdi Aker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Baran Koralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Hani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibet Şahsar to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ahirkapi's goalkeeper Mehmet Ferit Tufan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Ahirkapi booed when Hani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çelebi Rıdvan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Ali Kağan Yılkan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ahirkapi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hani the free kick. The supporters of Hani booed when Ahirkapi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Kağan Yılkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hani's Denizhan Balyemez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 37th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mehmet Ferit Tufan but with some difficulty. When Ali Baran Koralp came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ahirkapi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Baran Koralp couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ali Kağan Yılkan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ahmet Turan Bozkaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Ferit Tufan having to interfere. Mehmet Ferit Tufan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferdi Aker went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Halil Kökşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hadi Hayal in the 65th minute of the match. Tibet Şahsar kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Hakkı Onur Kazanhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Halil Kökşin made a huge save. Ahmet Turan Bozkaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Ferit Tufan having to interfere. In the 77th minute Ferdi Aker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Ferit Tufan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Ali Baran Koralp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ahirkapi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Baran Koralp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Ferit Tufan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Turan Bozkaya in the 88th minute of the match. When Ferdi Aker came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Hani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdi Aker couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Hakkı Onur Kazanhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Turan Bozkaya in the 95th minute of play forced Ahirkapi's goalkeeper Mehmet Ferit Tufan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
