Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ahmet İlhan Neval kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet İlhan Neval in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tanju Şenbay saved Mecitözü from getting behind. Ayvaz Orus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nusrettin Ersunal having to interfere. After 8 minutes, Şamil İnanöz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Akyaka's Nusrettin Ersunal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mecitözü's Tanju Şenbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet İlhan Neval in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Mecitözü's Ayvaz Orus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nusrettin Ersunal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Necaettin Toycan's late challenge caught a Mecitözü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Necaettin Toycan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mecitözü booed when Akyaka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necaettin Toycan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ayvaz Orus came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Mecitözü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ayvaz Orus couldn't finish the play. Şamil İnanöz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 minutes, Cihat Aktar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mecitözü and the Akyaka players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Akyaka booed when Mecitözü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cihat Aktar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Akyaka's Dursun Ali Özbas tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute Ayvaz Orus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nusrettin Ersunal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Yiğit Çelik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akyaka's supporters rose to their feet, but Yiğit Çelik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tanju Şenbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th match minute, Mecitözü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cabbar Urangu to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the game, Yiğit Çelik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Tanju Şenbay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Akyaka getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Yiğit Çelik hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şamil İnanöz to make the kick off. When Akyaka's Yiğit Çelik in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mecitözü's goalie prevented a goal. When Yiğit Çelik came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Akyaka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yiğit Çelik couldn't finish the play. Tanju Şenbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yiğit Çelik in the 82nd minute of play. The goalkeeper, Nusrettin Ersunal, was totally fooled by Mecitözü's İskender Şemsifer, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Tanju Şenbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erkin Cömert, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 96 played minutes Mecitözü got a freekick which was hit by Cabbar Urangu. Ahmet İlhan Neval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mecitözü players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Akyaka from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
