If Olgun Toktamış had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hıdır Yenisey was a little too slow when Olgun Toktamış got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Hayati Hürmüz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hıdır Yenisey having to interfere. Enis Behiç Aydınoğlu came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Eminönü's Ulu Gökdoğan. But to his dismay, Ulu Gökdoğan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 32 played minutes Eminönü got a freekick which was hit by Enver Yildıran. With a little luck, Eminönü's Hıdır Yenisey got control of the ball when Hayati Hürmüz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Olgun Toktamış's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hıdır Yenisey was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Erkut Atasoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enis Behiç Aydınoğlu having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Aydinspor SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aydemir Başat to maneuver through the defense. In the 48thth minute of the game Ulu Gökdoğan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aydinspor SK's Enis Behiç Aydınoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erkut Atasoy to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aydinspor SK's goalkeeper Enis Behiç Aydınoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mehmet Fatih Sağlamtürk shot from long distance in the 55th minute, but Enis Behiç Aydınoğlu was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 60th minute Olgun Toktamış shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hıdır Yenisey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Hayati Hürmüz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aydinspor SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hayati Hürmüz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hıdır Yenisey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hıdır Yenisey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayati Hürmüz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes of play Eminönü's Uğurcan Erkılıç was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Uğurcan Erkılıç hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Hayati Hürmüz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hayati Hürmüz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hıdır Yenisey having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Aydinspor SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aydemir Başat to maneuver through the defense. Eminönü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulu Gökdoğan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulu Gökdoğan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Enis Behiç Aydınoğlu made a huge save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
