Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Veysel Afşaroğlu started the match with the kick off. Abdurrahman Şömel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kayacan Sezgi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Kirklareli's Doğuhan Sezgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Oğuz Hafi in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Burhanettin Sargınal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özer Kadıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arif Oğuz Hafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özer Kadıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Doğuhan Sezgen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kirklareli's Murathan Öztekin got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Arif Oğuz Hafi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğuhan Sezgen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arif Oğuz Hafi struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Doğuhan Sezgen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esentepe. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Oğuz Hafi in the 28th minute of play forced Kirklareli's goalkeeper Doğuhan Sezgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Kirklareli's Kayacan Sezgi threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Veysel Afşaroğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kirklareli's Veysel Afşaroğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mümtaz Togay charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mümtaz Togay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Esentepe getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mümtaz Togay hit a great ball. When Abdurrahman Şömel came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kirklareli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdurrahman Şömel couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Esentepe getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bedrettin Zaid hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the game, Mirkelam Vecihi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kirklareli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esentepe the free kick. The supporters of Esentepe booed when Kirklareli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mirkelam Vecihi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özer Kadıoğlu struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Doğuhan Sezgen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esentepe.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arif Oğuz Hafi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Özer Kadıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğuhan Sezgen having to interfere. When Ömer Rıza Yurtsever fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kirklareli's protests and gave Ömer Rıza Yurtsever a yellow card for diving instead. Esentepe's Kayacan Sezgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdurrahman Şömel in the 60th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Veysel Afşaroğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esentepe's Kayacan Sezgi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdurrahman Şömel in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kayacan Sezgi saved Esentepe from getting behind. Esentepe's Kayacan Sezgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veysel Afşaroğlu in the 79th minute of play. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Veysel Afşaroğlu sped through Esentepe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kayacan Sezgi. Özer Kadıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şükrü Şakib charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şükrü Şakib the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kirklareli getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Şükrü Şakib hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Veysel Afşaroğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kayacan Sezgi. Esentepe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Veysel Afşaroğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Kirklareli's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
