When Sabahattin Sabri fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Besikdüzü's protests and gave Sabahattin Sabri a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Besikdüzü getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Sabahattin Sabri hit a great ball. Abdulkerim Uman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hamdi Ramiz. Besikdüzü's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Müfit Akşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Malazgirt FK's zone, Nuralp Ciner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İzzet Tayuk came out of the goal and Nuralp Ciner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute Nuralp Ciner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İzzet Tayuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İzzet Tayuk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nuralp Ciner went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Malazgirt FK booed when Besikdüzü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saruhan Refi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Malazgirt FK's Ahmet Nedim Yaruk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Besikdüzü's zone, Ahmet Nedim Yaruk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamdi Ramiz came out of the goal and Ahmet Nedim Yaruk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İzzet Tayuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Müfit Akşit in the 46th minute of play.

In the 54thth minute of the game Ahmet Nedim Yaruk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Besikdüzü's Hamdi Ramiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Malazgirt FK's goalkeeper İzzet Tayuk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abdullah Semi charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdullah Semi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Malazgirt FK! 74 minutes into the game, Malazgirt FK's Paşa Ali Okutan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamdi Ramiz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. After 80 minutes, Halil Can Zati mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Besikdüzü and the Malazgirt FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Malazgirt FK booed when Besikdüzü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halil Can Zati didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hamdi Ramiz came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Malazgirt FK's Paşa Ali Okutan. But to his dismay, Paşa Ali Okutan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Müfit Akşit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 87 minutes, Paşa Ali Okutan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malazgirt FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paşa Ali Okutan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hamdi Ramiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paşa Ali Okutan in the 87th minute of play. Sabahattin Sabri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. İzzet Tayuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Besikdüzü players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Malazgirt FK.
