After a rather tough play, Kumkapi JK's Ekber Keykubad got a free kick in the 6th minute. Erkin Salah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Mümtazer Akboy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Erkin Salah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sason JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kumkapi JK the free kick. A collision led to Sason JK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Erkin Salah hit a great ball. İbrahim Ethem Üner kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Kumkapi JK were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Sason JK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hamza Umman took the corner. After taking down the ball on Kumkapi JK's corner Hamza Umman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hami Osmanoğlu quite easily take care of the ball. Sason JK's Erkin Salah suffered a sore thigh after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. İsmet Ülgü's late challenge caught a Sason JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İsmet Ülgü helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Derman Acarer in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mümtazer Akboy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Sason JK's goalkeeper Hami Osmanoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fatih Reşan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Kadri Özcebe in the 40th minute of play forced Sason JK's goalkeeper Hami Osmanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Kadri Özcebe in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hami Osmanoğlu saved Sason JK from getting behind. Ahmet Kadri Özcebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Hamdi Sefa made the kick off in the second half. Aybars Adıbelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mümtazer Akboy having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Aybars Adıbelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fatih Reşan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Hamdi Sefa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mümtazer Akboy. The goal made the score 0-2. Fatih Reşan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Hami Osmanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hamdi Sefa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fatih Reşan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hami Osmanoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fatih Reşan in the 83rd minute of play forced Sason JK's goalkeeper Hami Osmanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Kadri Özcebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Hami Osmanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sason JK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
