He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ömerli reached it. Nazil Ülgen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baha Ergül having to interfere. Nejat Türkdoğan's late challenge caught a Torbali JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nejat Türkdoğan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Ömerli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nejat Türkdoğan to maneuver through the defense. Nazil Ülgen took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baha Ergül. Baha Ergül dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ufuk Keyhüsrev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hafız Paksoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A collision led to Torbali JK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Remzi Onguner hit a great ball. Ömerli's Baha Ergül played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazil Ülgen in the 40th minute of play. If Nazil Ülgen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ömerli's Barlas Akoğlu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Remzi Onguner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Baha Ergül tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hafız Paksoy was the one to do the kick off. Torbali JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hafız Paksoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Nazil Ülgens short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Baha Ergül to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hafız Paksoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nazil Ülgen came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Torbali JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nazil Ülgen couldn't finish the play. Ufuk Keyhüsrev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Songur Kayaalp's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After some careless play in the Torbali JK defense, Hafız Paksoy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ufuk Keyhüsrev. The Torbali JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ufuk Keyhüsrev should have stopped the shot. Ufuk Keyhüsrev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lokman Akarsu in the 92nd minute of the match.
