Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Kestel SK's zone, Rüştü Oktay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zülfü Güneş came out of the goal and Rüştü Oktay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Artvin getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ekrem Sedat hit a great ball. Tanju Erel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Şamil Rafettin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Baykal Çeliksu might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şamil Rafettin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baykal Çeliksu ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the game, Tekin Kerimhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kestel SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Artvin the free kick. Tekin Kerimhan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Volkan Perver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zülfü Güneş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zülfü Güneş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volkan Perver in the 21st minute of play. Baykal Çeliksu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tanju Erel came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Kestel SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanju Erel couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Kestel SK's Recep Tayyip Sayılgan got a free kick in the 34th minute. Volkan Perver scored 0-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zülfü Güneş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute Rüştü Oktay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zülfü Güneş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baykal Çeliksu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şamil Rafettin having to interfere. Arif Nihat Mukbil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Şamil Rafettin. Artvin's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Volkan Perver to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanju Erel in the 53rd minute of play forced Artvin's goalkeeper Şamil Rafettin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baykal Çeliksu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şamil Rafettin having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Baykal Çeliksu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Artvin getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Kuddusî Oylum hit a great ball. Zülfü Güneş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volkan Perver in the 66th minute of play. After 73 minutes, Baykal Çeliksu made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Artvin's Şamil Rafettin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Baykal Çeliksu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Ekrem Sedat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Artvin's Ekrem Sedat got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Kestel SK's Baykal Çeliksu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şamil Rafettin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Şamil Rafettin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tanju Erel's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Şamil Rafettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tekin Kerimhan in the 90th minute of the match. Kestel SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
