Engin Abide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yaşar Nuri Mutluay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caybasi FK's Yaşar Nuri Mutluay got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tünel SK's Nusrettin Talayer got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Engin Abide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesur Kutulmuş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Caybasi FK's Yaşar Nuri Mutluay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Engin Abide narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cesur Kutulmuş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Engin Abide having to interfere. Sezgin Çeliksu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hayrettin Eraslan in the 42nd minute. If Cesur Kutulmuş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Engin Abide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaşar Nuri Mutluay, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Çelebi Tanalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cesur Kutulmuş made the kick off in the second half. When Yaşar Nuri Mutluay came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Caybasi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yaşar Nuri Mutluay couldn't finish the play. Hayrettin Eraslan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sezgin Çeliksu having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erman Orcan during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erman Orcan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Hayrettin Eraslan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 played minutes Caybasi FK got a freekick which was hit by Erman Orcan. After a rather tough play, Caybasi FK's Azim Uğurlubay got a free kick in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nusrettin Talayer in the 94th minute of play forced Caybasi FK's goalkeeper Sezgin Çeliksu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Engin Abide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesur Kutulmuş in the 95th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Tünel SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cesur Kutulmuş came free, but Engin Abide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Caybasi FK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Tünel SK side.
