Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Murat Selim Samih made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Gevas's Ahmet Nafiz Soysan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baturay Özbal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Bilge Cevahir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute Bülent Mensur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baturay Özbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Serinhisar JK got a freekick which was hit by Sadettin Bayramoğlu. Bülent Mensur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturay Özbal having to interfere. If Ahmet Nafiz Soysan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bülent Mensur in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baturay Özbal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Serinhisar JK's Baturay Özbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bülent Mensur in the 13th minute of play. Gencer Akbatu hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Ahmet Nafiz Soysan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mithat Akçakan struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Enginsu Kutlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Serinhisar JK. Serinhisar JK's Gencer Akbatu got his second yellow card of the match in the 26th minute. The referee ordered Gencer Akbatu off the ground. The supporters of Gevas booed when Serinhisar JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gencer Akbatu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ahmet Nafiz Soysan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st match minute, Serinhisar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bilge Cevahir to maneuver through the defense. Baturay Özbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nafiz Soysan in the 32nd minute of the match. Erhun Yeğrek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturay Özbal having to interfere. Mithat Akçakan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Enginsu Kutlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Bülent Mensur charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bülent Mensur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bülent Mensur hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Mithat Akçakan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 57 played minutes Gevas got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Nafiz Soysan. In the 62nd match minute, Gevas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bülent Mensur to maneuver through the defense. Erhun Yeğrek kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, Murat Selim Samih was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Serinhisar JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gevas the free kick. In the 68th minute, Sarp Erginsoy sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Serinhisar JK's Baturay Özbal didn't even have to move. Serinhisar JK's Baturay Özbal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Serinhisar JK from getting a goal against them. Ahmet Nafiz Soysan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturay Özbal having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Serinhisar JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Nafiz Soysan came free, but Baturay Özbal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bülent Mensur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Baturay Özbal made a huge save. If Erhun Yeğrek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Enginsu Kutlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mithat Akçakan in the 89th minute of play. Bilge Cevahir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Gevas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gevas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
