Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ersan Akatay got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes Ersan Akatay rounded Kumkapi FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Ersan Akatay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazil Tatar having to interfere. Çağatay Oksay hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Ferit Tezeren struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ayberk Bakkalbaşıoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kumkapi FK. After a rather tough play, Rize SK's Çağatay Oksay got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 17 minutes, Kerem Erseç made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rize SK's Ayberk Bakkalbaşıoğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Rize SK's Nazil Tatar threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ersan Akatay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Kumkapi FK defense, Ersan Akatay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nazil Tatar. The Kumkapi FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nazil Tatar should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute, Akgün Elçi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Rize SK's Abdulaziz Sefa got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Nazil Tatar made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Akgün Elçi sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Rize SK's Ayberk Bakkalbaşıoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Rize SK from getting a goal against them. Rize SK's Ayberk Bakkalbaşıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerem Erseç in the 56th minute of play. Ferit Tezeren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ayberk Bakkalbaşıoğlu having to make a save. A collision led to Rize SK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Abdulaziz Sefa hit a great ball. Ferit Tezeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayberk Bakkalbaşıoğlu having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Abdulaziz Sefa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63 minutes, Kerem Erseç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kumkapi FK and the Rize SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kumkapi FK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Kerem Erseç hit a great ball. Tuncer Sidar hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Abdulaziz Sefa hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kerem Erseç in the 73rd minute of play forced Rize SK's goalkeeper Ayberk Bakkalbaşıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Rize SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdulaziz Sefa to maneuver through the defense. When Kerem Erseç came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Kumkapi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kerem Erseç couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Kerem Erseç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rize SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
