A very good chance. 6 minutes into the game, Halil Utku Özgiray was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosaria Delreiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derbent the free kick. Halil Utku Özgiray kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When Tolgahan Kerem fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Derbent's protests and gave Tolgahan Kerem a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, one of Derbent:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Derbent. The audience was convinced that Haydar Dikmen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but İlkan Taykoç was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lütfi Onurad during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Derbent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lütfi Onurad to maneuver through the defense. When Mehmet Bilge Cevizci came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Rosaria Delreiro fans jumped to their feet. İlkan Taykoç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Bilge Cevizci in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Derbent booed when Rosaria Delreiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halil Utku Özgiray didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emir Kainat's shot from long distance in the 35th minute was not bad at all, but Rosaria Delreiro's Mete Saru knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Mehmet Bilge Cevizci struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. İlkan Taykoç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosaria Delreiro. 40 minutes into the match, Lütfi Onurad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mete Saru. Rosaria Delreiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lütfi Onurad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Haydar Dikmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lütfü Sebil to make the kick off. When Haydar Dikmen came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Rosaria Delreiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haydar Dikmen couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute, Mehmet Bilge Cevizci made a precise shot to the right of İlkan Taykoç. Derbent's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 61st minute, Mehmet Bilge Cevizci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosaria Delreiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Lütfi Onurad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mete Saru having to interfere. In the 69th minute of the match, Mehmet Bilge Cevizci got a very nice opportunity to score, but İlkan Taykoç was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Derbent's goal looked a bit too open when Haydar Dikmen came free, but İlkan Taykoç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Bilge Cevizci got free with İlkan Taykoç in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet İlke Ulucan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the game, Derbent's Lütfi Onurad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mete Saru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haydar Dikmen in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İlkan Taykoç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. İlkan Taykoç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haydar Dikmen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Rosaria Delreiro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rosaria Delreiro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
