Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Derbent's Lütfü Sebil started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Derbent's Gürbüz Balcan got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. İlkan Taykoç came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Tomarza's Ali Macit Gazzal. But to his dismay, Ali Macit Gazzal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 14th minute Ali Macit Gazzal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlkan Taykoç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lütfü Sebil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İlkan Taykoç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Macit Gazzal in the 21st minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Zühtü Ongay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İlkan Taykoç. Derbent's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zühtü Ongay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Doruk Cezri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hasan Bağışhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tomarza getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Karadeniz Bürge hit a great ball. Lütfü Sebil kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. İlkan Taykoç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hasan İftihar, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. İlkan Taykoç came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Tomarza's Ahmet Hasan İftihar. But to his dismay, Ahmet Hasan İftihar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Hasan Bağışhan made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Lütfi Onurad sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the game, Karadeniz Bürge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tomarza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derbent the free kick. In the 47th minute, Karadeniz Bürge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Hasan İftihar made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Lütfi Onurad notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Tomarza's Hasan Bağışhan. Hasan Bağışhan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lütfü Sebil charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lütfü Sebil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tomarza's Berkay Dalmaz was substituted for Gazanfer Rıza. After a rather tough play, Derbent's Lütfü Sebil got a free kick in the 58th minute. İlkan Taykoç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Macit Gazzal in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Tomarza's goal looked a bit too open when Lütfi Onurad came free, but Hasan Bağışhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Tomarza's İlkan Taykoç threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ali Macit Gazzal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Ali Macit Gazzal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özgür Türcan scored 2-3 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hasan Bağışhan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Tomarza's goal looked a bit too open when Lütfü Sebil came free, but Hasan Bağışhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81stth minute of the game Lütfi Onurad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tomarza's Hasan Bağışhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 87 played minutes Tomarza got a freekick which was hit by Ali Macit Gazzal. After 95 minutes, Erdem Berksan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Derbent and the Tomarza players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Erdem Berksan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Tomarza supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tomarza would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
