Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Berk Ünalp got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Atacan Kebir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. İsa Haspolatlı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Aktuğ Orbay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but İsa Haspolatlı was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Kerim Uygun placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 17 minutes into the match, galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when Aktuğ Orbay came free, but İsa Haspolatlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atacan Kebir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. İsa Haspolatlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Aktuğ Orbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aktuğ Orbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to galatasaray getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Turabi Onursu hit a great ball. When Ataman Ulucağ came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ataman Ulucağ couldn't finish the play. İsa Haspolatlı was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Aktuğ Orbay capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aktuğ Orbay really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When Kutluay Güdeş fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored galatasaray's protests and gave Kutluay Güdeş a yellow card for diving instead. After 34 played minutes, Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik's Turan Mutluer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper İsa Haspolatlı came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik reached it. If Aktuğ Orbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute of the match, Ataman Ulucağ got a very nice opportunity to score, but İsa Haspolatlı was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Işık Tanırcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berk Ünalp in the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of galatasaray booed when Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atacan Kebir didn't get a good kick on the ball. When İldeniz Perinçek came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the galatasaray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İldeniz Perinçek couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aktuğ Orbay to strike the kick off in the second half. Aktuğ Orbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsa Haspolatlı having to interfere. 52 minutes into the match, galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when Aktuğ Orbay came free, but İsa Haspolatlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik's Işık Tanırcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahadırhan Totuk in the 55th minute of play. İldeniz Perinçek hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. İsa Haspolatlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ataman Ulucağ in the 58th minute of the match. Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik's Işık Tanırcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berk Ünalp in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berk Ünalp in the 61st minute of play forced Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik's goalkeeper Işık Tanırcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. galatasaray's Berk Ünalp got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Atacan Kebir hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Emre Ergüleç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Bahadırhan Totuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Işık Tanırcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute of the game Necmi Akaltan made a throw-in which Berk Ünalp played forward. İsa Haspolatlı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aktuğ Orbay's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Efekan Necdet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, İldeniz Perinçek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Işık Tanırcan, 2-1. After 86 played minutes galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Berk Ünalp. İsa Haspolatlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Kenan Necmi in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Aktuğ Orbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İsa Haspolatlı came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Sivas Yeni Kale Birlik's Ataman Ulucağ. But to his dismay, Ataman Ulucağ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
