Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Halil İbrahim Onat started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Yalovaspor's zone, Halil İbrahim Onat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. A wasted opportunity for Yalovaspor. 9 minutes into the match, Balat JK's goalkeeper Arif Ensar Cire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İlhan Atasoy. After a rather tough play, Yalovaspor's Kamber Naim got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th match minute, Balat JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebati İrgun to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Sancarbey Özmert fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Arkın Akkurt hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Balat JK's Arif Ensar Cire got control of the ball when İlhan Atasoy tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 played minutes Balat JK got a freekick which was hit by Halil İbrahim Onat. Ferid Zümer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arif Ensar Cire having to make a save. After some careless play in the Balat JK defense, İlhan Atasoy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arif Ensar Cire. The Balat JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arif Ensar Cire should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Yalovaspor's Kamber Naim got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Yalovaspor's Kamber Naim seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kamber Naim the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Yalovaspor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kamber Naim had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yalovaspor! If Cezmi Altıncığlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Yalovaspor's Mesut Sağman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arif Ensar Cire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yalovaspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Mesut Sağman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arif Ensar Cire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute Ferid Zümer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ensar Cire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sancarbey Özmert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Arif Ensar Cire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Yalovaspor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
