Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Mehmet Şefik Esendağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytunç Hezarfen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baysal Afşaroğlu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aytunç Hezarfen. Gümüssuyu JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Gümüssuyu JK booed when Dumlupınar Sk. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sancar Bakır didn't get a good kick on the ball. İsrafil Ergüleç struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Aytunç Hezarfen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dumlupınar Sk.. If Mehmet Şefik Esendağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Gümüssuyu JK's zone, İsrafil Ergüleç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aytunç Hezarfen came out of the goal and İsrafil Ergüleç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Garip Durul to make the kick off. Aytunç Hezarfen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsrafil Ergüleç, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When Recep Talha Tanaltan fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gümüssuyu JK's protests and gave Recep Talha Tanaltan a yellow card for diving instead. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dumlupınar Sk.. 86 minutes into the match, Gümüssuyu JK's Kamil Şenol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alphan Hazar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Yaşar Nuri Saygur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
