Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kuzey Pekin started the match with the kick off. TURKİSH İMMORTALS's Ayvaz Tolunbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Vedat Evvel in the 2nd minute of play. Ahmet Ali Avşar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute Suphi Kaptan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayvaz Tolunbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kuzey Pekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Fikret Sefer in the 20th minute of play forced TURKİSH İMMORTALS's goalkeeper Ayvaz Tolunbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Gokturkspor's Birsel Birsan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ayvaz Tolunbay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abdulhamit Ciray got in the 30th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ayvaz Tolunbay handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as TURKİSH İMMORTALS's Kuzey Pekin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tayyip Demirtekin. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. Ayvaz Tolunbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Suphi Kaptan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, TURKİSH İMMORTALS's goal looked a bit too open when Birsel Birsan came free, but Ayvaz Tolunbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuzey Pekin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. TURKİSH İMMORTALS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 43rd minute Suphi Kaptan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayvaz Tolunbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gokturkspor's Tayyip Demirtekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kuzey Pekin in the 44th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tayfur Başel during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of TURKİSH İMMORTALS booed when Gokturkspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayfur Başel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

54 minutes had been played when some careless play by TURKİSH İMMORTALS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mutlu Erseç was slow to take the kick. During this time Gokturkspor's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Gokturkspor's Mutlu Erseç to fire away a dangerous shot which Ayvaz Tolunbay despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mutlu Erseç got in the 55th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Ayvaz Tolunbay and thus it was 1-2. When Meriç Erokay fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TURKİSH İMMORTALS's protests and gave Meriç Erokay a yellow card for diving instead. Meriç Erokay hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Kuzey Pekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Tayyip Demirtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TURKİSH İMMORTALS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Ahmet Fikret Sefer scored to the left of an out of position Ayvaz Tolunbay, making the score, 1-3. In the 77th minute, one of TURKİSH İMMORTALS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TURKİSH İMMORTALS. Mutlu Erseç walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Ayvaz Tolunbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Suphi Kaptan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 minutes of play, Gokturkspor's Abdulhamit Ciray made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ayvaz Tolunbay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Birsel Birsan might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ayvaz Tolunbay. Kuzey Pekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute Bircan Sanbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayyip Demirtekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TURKİSH İMMORTALS's Ayvaz Tolunbay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save TURKİSH İMMORTALS from getting a goal against them. In the 98th minute Suphi Kaptan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayvaz Tolunbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gokturkspor's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
