Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nadir Ulumeriç started the match with the kick off. Şafak Tamkoç's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Alaaddin Toregün skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Kemal Tanyol fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iskenderun's protests and gave Kemal Tanyol a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes Soguksu got a freekick which was hit by Vehdi Taybars. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şafak Tamkoç in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alaaddin Toregün saved Soguksu from getting behind. Iskenderun's Aybar Türk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nadir Ulumeriç in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nadir Ulumeriç in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aybar Türk saved Iskenderun from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vehdi Taybars during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Vehdi Taybars hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Iskenderun defense, Nadir Ulumeriç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aybar Türk. The Iskenderun fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aybar Türk should have stopped the shot. Şafak Tamkoç took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alaaddin Toregün. Alaaddin Toregün dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Iskenderun's Aybar Türk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nadir Ulumeriç in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute of the game Hacı Ali Bayülgen made a throw-in which Kemal Tanyol played forward. When Vehdi Taybars was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. Vehdi Taybars kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şafak Tamkoç to strike the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Iskenderun's goal looked a bit too open when Nadir Ulumeriç came free, but Aybar Türk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Utkan Tanalp made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nuralp Saraçoğlu however managed to control. After a defensive mix-up in Soguksu's zone, Kemal Tanyol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alaaddin Toregün came out of the goal and Kemal Tanyol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alaaddin Toregün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamdi Berin in the 70th minute of play. Soguksu's Alaaddin Toregün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Tamkoç in the 71st minute of play. Şafak Tamkoç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alaaddin Toregün having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Soguksu's Rahim Tatu got a free kick in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Kemal Tanyol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alaaddin Toregün. Soguksu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kemal Tanyol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Iskenderun's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Nadir Ulumeriç scored to the left of an out of position Aybar Türk, making the score, 2-2. Iskenderun's Kemal Tanyol got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Coşkun Ulubek hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
